Vikuiti- Rear Projection Film

I have a great new-ish product for you.  Vikuiti     It is a film that  you can apply to a clear substrate and when you project onto it, it glows like a LCD screen.  It can go on windows, signs, cut it into shapes.  It has a 180 degree viewing radius.  The possibilities are endless.    I have a picture in my DesignTrends page.   I really like the versatality of this product.  The lightness for shipping.  It could change the way we do things around here.  I am going to do more research and keep you informed.

Great Storm of '07

Got Tornado?  Well we did yesterday.  My first one.  Everything went dark and the wind was going in every direction possible.  The rain was a deluge but moving with the wind.  More of a water ride at a water park than a rain fall.  The power and the phones went out.   I was diligently working with a potential client and trying to get her information, so I jumped in my car to head for the nearest wireless network.  Drove 10 miles in and no luck.  Saw a lot of trees down.  I called our rep and had them send out the information directly.  Hope it got thru.  Back at home the kids are disappointed more did not happen.  No power either.  Went out to eat and came home and played a rousing game of Monopoly.  I did not fair well in the game.  Never do- always a sucker for trading properties with the kids.  Got power at home but not yet at the office.  Scott and I are at the coffee shop working.  Steve is at home with his Mac Lap top.  I am seriously considering putting a coffee shop in our show room, what do you think?
