What is the criteria?

We at the Lindsay Exhibit Group are currently looking for another sales person.  Our clients have been so kind in thier referrals and we are busy. 

So what constitutes a good sales person for us? 
Someone with a client first attitude.  We need to get them what they want/need, on time and on budget.
Someone who can Project Manage.  The details are plenty-  we need to make it easy for our clients.
Someone with Listening Skills.  Clients will tell you want they want, a few questions are necessary.
Someone with "Badger Skills".  Find definite answers, locate that product, don't give up!
Someone who can put their ego on the back burner.  We practice Servant Leadership.

How is my list?  Do you have anything to add?  Because my client is my boss!
